Description
The Switch Nutrition Essentials Pack, sold by the manufacturer as the Daily Essentials Pouch, is a compact sample pouch holding twelve single serve sachets drawn from four products in the Switch daily range. It gives you three sachets each of Hydrate, Greens, Flavoured Creatine Monohydrate and Sleep, so a full three day run of the routine fits in a gym bag or a suitcase without committing to four full size tubs. Flavours inside the pouch are assorted and are not chosen at checkout.

Each sachet carries its own directions on the sachet itself. Follow those directions for the sachet you are opening, mixing the contents with water or another beverage as stated. The four products in the pouch are designed to sit at different points of the day, with Hydrate and Greens through the morning and daytime, creatine at any time and Sleep in the evening.

- Greens sachets, a greens and wholefood drink powder.
- Flavoured Creatine Monohydrate sachets.
- Sleep sachets, an evening drink powder.
This is a multi product pouch and each sachet carries its own separate ingredient list and its own nutrition information panel. No single combined ingredient list applies to the pouch, so read the sachet in your hand before use.
Allergens
Each of the four products inside is made in a facility that also processes wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn and fish, so cross contact with those allergens is possible. Because the sachets differ from one another, the only reliable allergen statement is the one printed on the individual sachet. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Warnings
Anyone with a medical condition, taking medication, or with severe allergies or sensitivities should speak to a healthcare provider before use. Check with your own healthcare provider before starting any new supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding.
