Description
Switch Nutrition DIM+ pairs diindolylmethane with calcium D-glucarate in a single vegetable capsule. Diindolylmethane, usually shortened to DIM, is formed from indole-3-carbinol, a compound found in brassica vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and Brussels sprouts. Calcium D-glucarate occurs naturally in cruciferous vegetables and some fruits. The bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 60 serves at one capsule a day. Diindolylmethane and calcium D-glucarate both occur in cruciferous vegetables, and this pairs them in one daily capsule for people who want a fixed amount rather than eating broccoli and cabbage in quantity.
