Description
Switch Nutrition Alpha Switch Powder is a flavoured 10 g scoop that brings together seven amino acids, five botanical extracts and a vitamin and mineral group in one drink. It comes as the 300 g Paradise Fruit tub, which is 30 serves; the same powder is also sold in Raspberry and Lime Cordial. It contains no caffeine, which is why it is labelled for use after training or in the evening rather than before a session. With no caffeine in it, the serve is made up after training or in the evening rather than before a session, and Switch pitches it at anyone who would sooner drink the herbs and minerals than swallow a handful of capsules.

- Naturally flavoured and sweetened with stevia, with no caffeine and no added gluten, dairy or soy.

How to Use
Mix 1 heaped scoop (10 g) into 300 mL to 400 mL of cold water. Take one serve a day, after training or in the evening.
