Switch Nutrition Adrenal Switch Capsules is the encapsulated version of the brand's Adrenal formula: a standardised Withania somnifera root extract with magnesium as glycinate, zinc as an amino acid chelate, activated vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate and vitamin C. A serve is four capsules, so a 120 capsule bottle is 30 serves. The capsule format suits anyone who does not want another powder to mix in the evening.
Product Strengths
- Withania is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a tonic in times of stress.
- Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root extract standardised to withanolides, at 3.75 mg of withanolides per capsule.
- Magnesium supplied as magnesium glycinate dihydrate, giving 80 mg of elemental magnesium per capsule and 320 mg per four capsule serve.
- Zinc as an amino acid chelate, 3 mg of elemental zinc per capsule and 12 mg per serve.
- Vitamin B6 in its activated pyridoxal 5-phosphate form rather than as plain pyridoxine.
- Vegetarian hard capsules, free from animal products, dairy, lactose, gluten and wheat.
- A flexible dosing pattern of two capsules twice daily, or all four before bed.

Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules twice daily, or 4 capsules 30 minutes before bed, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose.

The capsules are free from animal products, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and sweeteners, and are vegan.
