Switch Nutrition 100% Pure TMG is an unflavoured, single-ingredient trimethylglycine powder in a 150 g pouch of 150 serves. Trimethylglycine, also known as betaine anhydrous, is a naturally occurring compound that acts as a methyl donor in the body's methylation pathways.
