Description
Switch Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate is a single-ingredient, unflavoured powder: 100 per cent micronised creatine monohydrate and nothing else. Micronising reduces the particle size so the powder disperses more readily in water than standard creatine. It comes as the 250 g unflavoured tub, which is 100 serves at the labelled 2.5 g scoop. Creatine feeds the phosphocreatine system, which regenerates ATP for short, hard efforts, and since taking it daily matters more than timing it, the unflavoured powder can go into whatever is already being drunk.
