Switch Nutrition Alpha GPC is an unflavoured powder built around GeniusPure Alpha-GPC, a purified source of alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline standardised to 55 per cent. One level scoop is a 500 mg serve and the tub holds 60 serves. Because it carries no flavour, it can be taken in water on its own or stirred through coffee or a pre-workout.

The 500 mg figure is the weight of the GeniusPure ingredient, which is standardised to 55 per cent alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline. No fillers, flavours or sweeteners are added. GeniusPure is a patented alpha-GPC that sold as sourced from soy lecithin; the finished compound is highly purified and It has no added soy containing ingredients, so treat this as a manufacturing origin note rather than an allergen declaration, and check with the manufacturer if you avoid soy. Alpha-GPC occurs naturally in small amounts in eggs, dairy and some meats, and works by supporting the availability of choline, the precursor to acetylcholine, which can be depleted during long training sessions.
