Swisse Ultivite Women's 50+ Multivitamin is a one a day film coated tablet holding 39 vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and herbs chosen for women aged 50 years and over, including vitamin D3, calcium, magnesium, lutein, black cohosh, ginkgo, turmeric, cranberry and ashwagandha. It comes as the 60 tablet and the 90 tablet bottle, taken as one tablet a day with food. Women over 50 take it to support energy production and vitality, to support bone, eye and cognitive health, and to help prevent dietary vitamin and mineral deficiency where dietary intake is inadequate.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
• In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
• In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains vitamin B6.
• This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
• Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
