Swisse Beauty High Strength Biotin 5,000 mcg is a single ingredient film coated tablet carrying 5 mg of biotin, which is 5,000 micrograms, and nothing else active. There are no herbs in it, so it sits easily alongside a multivitamin or a collagen supplement. It comes as the 100 tablet bottle, one a day. Adults take it to support hair growth when dietary intake is inadequate, to help decrease nail brittleness, splitting and chipping, and to support skin health.
