Description
Swisse Beauty Hair Skin Nails+ is a one a day film coated tablet combining biotin, silica, zinc, iron and vitamin C with a standardised milk thistle extract. One tablet carries 2.6 mg of biotin and 30 mg of elemental zinc. It comes as the 60 tablet bottle. Adults take it to support hair growth and hair health, to help decrease nail brittleness, splitting and chipping, and to support collagen formation.
