Swisse Apple Cider Vinegar and Fibre Gummies are apple flavoured gummies for adults, 45 gummies of 2.5 g in a 112.5 g jar. Two gummies make a 5 g serve carrying 800 mg of apple cider vinegar powder and 40 mg of acetic acid, and the gummy is built on fructo-oligosaccharides, which make up 60% of it and make the serve a source of fibre. The apple cider vinegar powder includes the mother, the culture that forms during fermentation. Two chewed gummies a day are a way to take apple cider vinegar without the sourness and smell of the liquid.
