Description
SuperFeast Reishi is a 10:1 extract powder made from the fruiting body of red reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), grown on duanwood. It is dual extracted with hot water and with alcohol, so both the water soluble and the alcohol soluble fractions carry through. Mixed at 600 mg, a quarter of a teaspoon, into 250 mL of warm water once a day, it is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm and balance the spirit, to maintain healthy immune system function and to improve sleep quality.

Suggested Use
