Description
Superfeast QI is a seven part Chinese herbal blend of astragalus root, codonopsis root, white atractylodes root and poria, with gynostemma leaf, turkey tail and jujube fruit. Every herb is a 10:1 dry extract powder, with the astragalus dual extracted in both water and alcohol. Stir a measured serve into 250 mL of warm water and drink it straight away; it is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to tonify and strengthen Qi and to relieve weariness, tiredness and fatigue.
All seven are sourced Dì Dào, the Chinese practice of growing a herb in the region it traditionally comes from: astragalus from Gansu and Inner Mongolia, codonopsis from Gansu and Shaanxi, white atractylodes from Zhejiang, Anhui and Hunan, gynostemma from Hunan, Guangxi and Shaanxi, and turkey tail from the Changbai Mountains. It is made as a warm drink, stirred into a cup of warm water and drunk straight away, and it also folds into hot or cold drinks, broths and meals. It is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to tonify and strengthen Qi, to maintain and support energy levels and vitality, and to relieve weariness, tiredness and fatigue.
