SUPERFEAST Chaga

SuperFeast Chaga is a single ingredient extract powder made from Inonotus obliquus, the chaga mushroom, which grows on the bark of living birch trees rather than being cultivated on a substrate. The chaga behind this powder is wild harvested from the Changbai Mountain region of China and is dual extracted, meaning the raw fungus is drawn out with both hot water and alcohol so the water soluble and the alcohol soluble parts of the mushroom both end up in the jar. It is a 10:1 concentrate, so 10 kg of dried mushroom is reduced to 1 kg of powder, and there is nothing else in the bag: no grain, no starch, no flow agent. Stir a quarter to half a teaspoon into hot water, coffee, a plant milk, a smoothie or a broth as part of a daily tonic herb routine, and take the 1 kg bag if you drink it every day or are refilling smaller jars from bulk.

Ingredients

Nothing else is added. The 10:1 ratio means 10 kg of dried mushroom is used to make 1 kg of powder.

Suggested Use
