Description
SuperFeast Chaga is a single ingredient extract powder made from chaga, Inonotus obliquus, the hard sclerotium that grows on the bark of birch trees. It is dual extracted in hot water and in alcohol at a 10:1 ratio, so ten kilograms of dried chaga makes one kilogram of powder. Stir it into hot water or plant milk for an earthy daily cup, or add it to coffee, hot chocolate, smoothies, broths and cooked dishes.
It stirs into hot water or plant milk for a dark, earthy, faintly bitter cup, and it takes to coffee, hot chocolate, a smoothie or a broth just as easily; it is what you reach for when you want something with body in the mug instead of a plain tea.

Suggested Use
Start at a quarter of a teaspoon a day and build to half a teaspoon, about 1.3 g, once or twice a day. Stir it into hot water or plant milk for a tonic tea, or add it to coffee, hot chocolate, a smoothie, a broth or a cooked dish. It works in cold drinks too. A 250 g bag holds around 190 half teaspoon serves.

Storage
