Description
Springfields Camellia Botanical Eye Cream is a light cream made for the delicate skin around the eye. It carries three forms of camellia, seed oil, flower extract and leaf extract, on a base of camellia leaf water, lotus flower water and cornflower flower water. Springfields work with Camellia japonica, the Japanese native form, which is rich in polyphenols and in omega-9 oleic acid. Guarana seed extract and tremella mushroom extract round out the formula. The scent comes only from the essential oils and flower extracts already present, and the cream is made in Australia.
Product Strengths
- Formulated for the eye contour, which is thinner and drier than the rest of the face and needs a lighter, more considered texture than a general moisturiser.
- Three forms of camellia: camellia seed oil, camellia flower extract and camellia leaf extract, alongside camellia leaf water in the base.
- Flower water base: camellia leaf water, lotus flower water and cornflower flower water in place of plain water, which is the approach Springfields take across this range.
- Softening and smoothing: it moisturises and hydrates, softens and smooths, and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eye.
- Clean formulation and Australian made: sulphate free, paraben free, mineral oil free, phthalate free, polyethylene free, formaldehyde free, and free from synthetic fragrance and colour. No animal ingredients and not tested on animals, so it is vegan friendly.

Suggested Use
- Use on clean, dry skin, after any essence or serum and before a heavier facial cream if you use one.
- Dispense a very small amount, no more than a grain of rice for both eyes, and warm it briefly between the fingertips.
- Tap it gently along the orbital bone, the ridge you can feel beneath the brow and under the eye, using the ring finger. Do not drag or rub the skin.
