Spring Leaf Premium NZ Green Lipped Mussel Essence 2000mg is a soft capsule of dried New Zealand green lipped mussel. Each capsule holds 400 mg of the dried mussel, equivalent to 2 g of the fresh mussel, and carries no other active. Adults take it as an anti-inflammatory and to maintain general health and wellbeing.
