Spring Leaf Liver Care Plus Beauty is a 90 capsule pack that brings four ingredients together in one capsule. Each capsule holds 340 mg of milk thistle fruit extract, standardised to 255 mg of silymarin, 53 mg of grape seed extract standardised to proanthocyanidins, 25 mg of vitamin E as d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, and 100 mg of hydrolysed collagen from tilapia fish skin. It contains fish, soya bean products, sulfites and phenylalanine.

Suitable for: Adults taking one or two capsules a day.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone with a fish allergy, because the collagen is derived from tilapia fish skin; anyone with a soya bean or sulfite sensitivity, or who is avoiding phenylalanine, as this product contains all three; vegetarians and vegans, because of the fish collagen; and pregnant women, unless their doctor or obstetrician advises otherwise.
