Spectrumceuticals Magnesium Complex is a 180 g lemon lime flavoured oral powder dosed with a scoop and mixed into water. Each dose holds four magnesium salts alongside glycine.
Product Strengths
- 180 g of lemon lime flavoured oral powder, dosed with a scoop.
- Four magnesium salts in one powder: glycinate dihydrate, citrate, orotate dihydrate and ascorbate monohydrate.
- 450 mg of total elemental magnesium in each 6 g dose of two scoops.
- With glycine, and 499.98 mg ascorbic acid from the magnesium ascorbate.

Suggested Use

Warnings
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose for magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
The same warning attaches at these daily total magnesium amounts: 65 mg or more for children aged between 1 and 3 years (inclusive); 110 mg or more for children aged between 4 and 8 years (inclusive); and 350 mg or more for individuals aged 9 years or older.
