Description
SimplyClean Body Wash Sandalwood and Cedarwood is an everyday wash made with plant derived surfactants and scented with a warm, woody essential oil blend of sandalwood, West Indian sandalwood, cedarwood, lavender, orange, Peru balsam and vanilla. It is a thick wash that lathers readily in the shower, or pour a little under a running tap for a bath. Please note it contains Peru balsam, one of the most frequent causes of fragrance contact allergy.
Product Strengths
- Plant derived surfactants: cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, Cocamide MEA and sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate.
- A warm, woody essential oil blend of sandalwood, cedarwood, lavender, orange, Peru balsam and vanilla.
- A thick wash that lathers readily.
- Works in the shower or poured under a running tap as a bath.
- 500 mL bottle.
- Contains Peru balsam, one of the most frequent causes of fragrance contact allergy.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults who are not sensitive to fragrance, in the shower or the bath.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone with a fragrance allergy, and anyone who has patch tested positive to balsam of Peru, because the blend contains Myroxylon balsamum; anyone sensitive to fragrance generally, because no fragrance allergens are declared although Peru balsam alone contributes benzyl benzoate, benzyl cinnamate and cinnamyl cinnamate and the other oils contribute limonene and linalool; anyone who reacts to Cocamide MEA, a recognised contact sensitiser; anyone concerned about phototoxicity, because the orange oil is cold pressed; and infants and young children.
Suggested Use
Squeeze a small amount on to a sponge or an exfoliating puff, wash over the skin and rinse well. It can also be poured under a running tap as a bath.

Aqua, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine and Cocamide MEA (plant derived surfactants), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (surfactant), Glycerin, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol and Sorbic Acid (preservatives), and an essential oil blend of Santalum spicatum (sandalwood), Amyris balsamifera (West Indian sandalwood), Cupressus funebris (cedarwood), Lavandula angustifolia (lavender), Citrus sinensis (cold pressed orange oil), Myroxylon balsamum (Peru balsam) and Vanilla planifolia (vanilla oleoresin).
