The SiS GO Energy plus Caffeine Gel six pack gives you six 60 mL carbohydrate gels with added caffeine, made for long or hard sessions. Each sachet is taken straight from the packet without water, and the caffeine gels come in two flavours, Berry and Double Espresso.

- For use before, during or after sustained strenuous exercise.
- Contains caffeine.
- 60 mL sachets taken without water.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults training or competing who choose a caffeinated gel.
