Schuessler Tissue Salts Mag Phos Cream is a topical preparation containing magnesium phosphate in homeopathic potency (6X), traditionally used for temporary relief of muscle cramps, spasms, twitching, and shooting or spasmodic pain. This external cream is easy to apply directly to affected areas.

- Suitable for hiccups and convulsive coughing

Ingredients
- Magnesium Phosphate 6X (active).
- water.
- vegetable glycerine.
- cetylstearyl alcohol.
- caprylic/capric triglyceride.
- coconut oil.
- cetomacrogol.
- phenoxyethanol (preservative).
- nipastat (preservative).

Suggested Use
Massage gently into the affected area 3 times daily or as needed. For acute conditions, apply more frequently as required. If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, consult a healthcare professional.

suggested dose
Adults: 1 tablet
Children: 1/2 tablet
Infants: 1/4 tablet
Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.
Acute conditions: every half an hour (up to 6 doses per day) until symptoms subside.
Chronic or maintenance dose: 4 times daily.
Take half an hour before meals, last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
