San Elk Artisan Vegetable Stock Powder is a savoury, full flavoured stock powder that brings real depth to everyday cooking. It blends sea salt, corn flour and raw sugar with extra virgin olive oil and a garden of flavours: celery, tomato, onion, garlic and parsley, lifted with turmeric, cracked pepper and nutmeg. The 160 g pack makes 13 litres of stock, so it is a handy pantry staple for soups, risottos, stews and sauces.
