Sambucol Black Elderberry Liquid is a 250 mL bottle of black elderberry liquid with added vitamin C and zinc, taken by the measured spoonful. Each 15 mL carries dried black elderberry fruit juice equivalent to 5.7 g of fresh juice, with 55 mg of vitamin C and 1.3 mg of zinc, and the bottle holds just over 16 adult serves. It contains gluten, soy and sulphites. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Directions:
