Description
Sacred Cow Ghee is golden clarified butter in a 270 mL jar, made from certified-organic (ACO) pasture-raised butter. With the milk solids and water removed, it becomes a golden cooking fat with a high smoke point of around 252 degrees Celsius, ideal for frying, roasting and sauteing. Because it is clarified, it keeps well, ready whenever you are. Contains milk.

Two publishers give the ingredient as certified-organic pasture-raised New Zealand butter (Santos Organics; Illalangi, which adds "This product contains dairy"). Certification is ACO Certified Organic.
