Description
Rule 1 Pump is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder aimed at blood flow and muscle fullness rather than energy. Each serve carries 3 g of L-citrulline, 2 g of taurine, 1 g of betaine anhydrous, 500 mg each of Nitrosigine® inositol-stabilised arginine silicate and L-arginine, plus grape and pine bark extracts and the S7® and AstraGin® branded blends. There is no caffeine in the formula, so it can be stacked with a stimulant pre-workout or used late in the day. It comes as the 30 serve tub in four flavours: Black Cherry Lemonade, Blue Razz Lemonade, Grape and Unflavoured. Being caffeine free, it is the pre-workout for an evening session, or the one to stack on top of a stimulant formula on days that call for both.
