Rule 1 Source 7 Protein blends seven protein sources with different digestion speeds into one shake: whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, native whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, micellar casein, milk protein isolate and pea protein. Each scoop gives 22 g of protein. It comes as both the 1.8 lb and the 4 lb tubs across a range of flavours. Scoop weight, energy, fat, cholesterol, carbohydrate, sodium, potassium, calcium and iron differ from flavour to flavour, for example a 41 g scoop for Milk Chocolate against a 40 g scoop for Cookies and Cream, and 170 calories in most flavours but 160 in Vanilla, so check the panel on the tub you have.
