Rule 1 Lean in the capsule format is a United States pack of 60 capsules, labelled as 30 servings of two capsules. It is the non-stimulant counterpart to Rule 1 Burn, built around forskohlii root extract, L-carnitine tartrate, apple cider vinegar powder, Capsimax cayenne fruit extract and grains of paradise, with black pepper fruit extract as BioPerine. Because it is a United States pack, the label is a Supplement Facts panel: amounts are stated per two-capsule serving with a United States per cent Daily Value column, which is not an Australian recommended dietary intake and should not be read as one. Capsules carry no added stimulants, so they can be taken morning or night without adding to a day's caffeine, and Rule 1 intends them to be used alongside training and a set way of eating rather than on their own.
