Description
Ritua Sleep brings together three herbal extracts, reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), passionflower and kava, in a 60 capsule pack for adults. Each 2 capsule dose carries kava extract equivalent to 25 mg of kavalactones, and it slots into an evening routine, taken with water once daily before bed, in the dose shown under Suggested Use. The pack carries the warning "May harm the liver."
