PURE Recovery Shake, previously sold as PURE Exercise Recovery, is a post-exercise drink powder built from real food ingredients: skim and whole milk powders, whey protein concentrate, freeze dried multi-flora manuka honey and raw organic cacao. It is the 475 g resealable pouch, which holds six serves and comes with a scoop, so it suits regular training rather than the occasional race. It mixes with water alone, and each serve provides 20 g of milk protein and 41.3 g of carbohydrate along with potassium, magnesium and calcium. It is drunk after a session rather than through the day, and those minerals help replace what is lost through sweat.

Suggested Use
