PURE Performance + Race Fuel is a high carbohydrate, high electrolyte drink mix built around Cluster Dextrin, a highly branched cyclic dextrin with low osmolality that is intended to leave the stomach faster than a conventional maltodextrin drink. One serve carries around 90 g of carbohydrate and 651 mg of sodium, so it can be used as the sole source of fuel through a long event. It is the 700 g resealable pouch, unflavoured, which holds 7 serves.

Race Fuel can be mixed to your preferred consistency, though PURE recommends 750 ml. Consume within 12 hours of mixing. Recommended use is 450 ml to 750 ml per hour during extended exercise.
