Description
This is PURE's Race Energy Gel formula in a 185 g resealable pouch instead of a single-use sachet, and the 100 g in the name is the carbohydrate it carries, not the weight of the pack. One pouch holds 100 g of carbohydrate, 529 mg of sodium, citrulline, and the caffeine and L-theanine pairing, so a single pouch can cover a long block of racing and be resealed between mouthfuls. It comes as the two caffeinated flavours, Cola and Lemon. It is HASTA certified, independently batch tested for substances prohibited in sport. Carbohydrate is the fuel that runs short first in long endurance work, and the resealable pouch is built for race day, so a few hours of feeding can be taken in small mouthfuls from one pack instead of from a pocketful of sachets.
