Tension Tamer Kidsafe Essential Oil

Plant Therapy Tension Tamer is a 10 mL bottle of five undiluted essential oils blended together: lavender, palmarosa, bourbon geranium, lemon and Roman chamomile. The aroma is slightly fruity and herbaceous, a soft floral blend with a gentle citrus lift. Add a few drops to a diffuser, or dilute it in a carrier oil for use on the skin.

• Pelargonium Graveolens (Bourbon Geranium) Leaf Oil.
• Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil.
• Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Flower Oil.

Suggested Use

Add a few drops to a diffuser and run it following the diffuser's instructions. For use on the skin, dilute the blend in a carrier oil first and follow the dilution guidance printed on the bottle. External use only.

Storage

Keep the bottle tightly closed and store it in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. External use only.

Do not use on children under 2 years.

This blend of essential oils for anxiety is specially formulated for children ages 2-10 — but we wouldn’t blame you if you tried it out for yourself as well. This synergistic blend contains a variety of essential oils for anxiety and stress relief, including Lavender, Palmarosa, Geranium, and more.

   Topical:  Use the pre-diluted roll-on, or dilute to 2-4% using your favorite carrier oil. Apply to the back of neck or affected area.
   Diffusion:  Add 2-3 drops per 100ml (3.38 oz) of water. You may also use this blend of essential oils for anxiety and tension in a personal inhaler.
