Description
Taurine is one of the most abundant free amino acids in the human body, concentrated in the brain, heart, skeletal muscle and retina. Unlike most amino acids it is not built into proteins; it sits free inside the cell and takes part in bile acid conjugation, the movement of water and electrolytes across cell membranes, and calcium signalling. Primabolics L-Taurine Capsules present taurine on its own, with no flavouring and no proprietary blend, in a capsule bottle that is Australian owned and manufactured. It is commonly used by active adults as a stand-alone amino acid or alongside intra-workout and evening formulas. Taurine turns up in most intra-workout and energy formulas, and the capsule is for people who would rather take it on its own, in the morning or beside an evening formula, than have it fixed inside somebody else's blend.
