Description
Primabolics GRIND+NRG is the stimulant version of the brand's GRIND pre-workout, supplied as a 480 g tub holding 40 scoops of 12 g. The label sets a full serve at two scoops and groups the actives into a blood flow group, a performance group, a three-stage stimulant blend and a nootropic group. It is a high-caffeine product and the caffeine figure below should be read before the first serve. Made up before the harder sessions of the week, it is the stimulant half of a pair, taken on its own or stacked with the caffeine free GRIND when a session is going to ask a lot.

Suggested Use
Adults: a full serve is 2 scoops (24 g), and one scoop is 12 g. The tub holds 40 scoops. Start with one scoop to assess tolerance and mix with water 15 to 30 minutes before training. Confirm serving and directions from product label. Do not exceed the stated serve.
Caffeine
Contains caffeine. A two-scoop serve provides 337.5 mg of total caffeine equivalent, and a single scoop provides 168.75 mg. Not suitable for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for people sensitive to caffeine. Take into account other caffeine sources in your day, and avoid use close to bedtime.
