Primabolics Everyday Defence is a capsule formula built around six plant and amino-acid derived actives, presented in a 30-serve bottle. A serve is four capsules delivering 3000 mg of powder, and the panel is grouped on the label into liver, kidney and antioxidant sections. It is a stand-alone daily capsule rather than a powder, and it is made for adults following a training or exercise programme.
