Description
PranaOn Hydrate Plus is a Pineapple Splice flavoured amino acid and electrolyte powder that dissolves into water. It comes as the 210 g tub, which is 35 serves, and as a single 6 g sachet. Each 6 g serve goes into 300 mL of water and carries the nine essential amino acids, coconut water powder, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium salts, and vitamins C, B6 and B12. Sip it through a session or after one, alongside a training programme and a nutritious diet.

- Under 1 g of protein and 1.7 g of carbohydrate per serve, with 0.3 g of that as sugars.
- Sweetened with steviol glycosides and thaumatin, and coloured with turmeric.
- Plant based, with no animal derived ingredients.
