PPC Herbs Sleep Plex is an Australian-made liquid herbal medicine traditionally used in Western Herbal and Ayurvedic Medicine to help induce sleep, relieve sleeplessness and reduce the symptoms of stress. It combines passionflower, skullcap and ashwagandha in a flexible oral liquid.
