Description
Power Super Foods Cacao Paste Raw Buttons are pure unsweetened cacao pressed into small drops. Single origin Peruvian criollo beans are ground into a rich liquid that sets into chocolatey buttons of 100% cacao, with the cacao butter still in it and nothing else added. It is kept raw through processing, and certified organic and fairly traded. Melt, chop or grate them wherever a recipe calls for 100% unsweetened chocolate, from a ceremonial style drink to brownies, ganache and raw treats.

Suggested Use
Emulsify three or more buttons in boiled water or warmed milk for a drink to enjoy warm or iced. Chop, shave or grate over breakfast bowls, smoothies and ice cream. Gently melt and use the liquid in cake batters, desserts and raw treats, or in any recipe that calls for unsweetened chocolate. With cacao butter and a natural sweetener you can make your own chocolate.
