Description
Power Super Foods Organic Cacao Powder is pure criollo cacao, the variety chocolate makers prize for its delicate, complex flavour. The beans are pressed to separate the cacao butter from the nibs and the remaining cake is milled to a fine powder, with low temperatures held throughout, so the spice, fruit and citrus notes of the bean survive the process. One ingredient, certified organic, and stronger and more bitter than a standard cocoa. Use it wherever a recipe calls for cocoa powder: in baking, hot chocolate, smoothies, bliss balls, icing and raw desserts.
