Description
Creamy Drinking Chocolate is a certified organic blend of cacao powder at 34% of the mix, unrefined panela sugar, maca and lucuma, ground fine so it dissolves cleanly. The cacao is non-alkalised criollo from smallholder farms in South and Central America, minimally processed at low temperature, and the panela gives it a light, caramelly finish. Mix it with hot milk or water for a drinking chocolate the whole family can share, or use it iced, dusted over ice cream or stirred through baking and coffee.

Suggested Use
Dissolve 2 to 4 teaspoons with a splash of boiled water, then top with 200 mL of heated milk of your choice or water. The ideal temperature is around 70°C. Mix well with a whisk, frother or steam wand. Enjoy it hot or iced, dusted on ice cream, or added to baked goods, treats, desserts or coffee.
