Planet Organic Spearmint is a single herb tea of certified organic spearmint leaf, packed as 25 compostable tea bags with no strings, tags or envelopes. Spearmint is the softer of the two culinary mints: rounder and naturally sweeter than peppermint, without peppermint's cold menthol edge, so it brews a gentle green cup that needs no sugar. Drink it hot at any hour of the day, or chill the infusion in summer for a thirst quenching iced tea.

Suggested Use
Use one tea bag per 250 mL cup or teapot. Pour over freshly boiled water and infuse for three to five minutes. For a stronger cup, add a second bag rather than brewing for longer. For iced tea, brew two bags per 250 mL, then chill and pour over ice.
