Description
Planet Organic Oolong is a certified organic oolong, a semi-fermented tea that sits between green and black: it is picked from the same plant as both and then oxidised part of the way, which gives it a delicate, distinctive aroma and a flavour with the freshness of a green tea and some of the depth of a black one. It comes as 25 compostable tea bags with no strings, tags or envelopes. Brew one bag at 90°C for five to eight minutes and drink it in the morning or alongside a meal; it carries caffeine, as any true tea does.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Anyone who finds green tea too light and black tea too heavy. Plant ingredients only.
Not suitable for: Anyone avoiding caffeine, because oolong contains it.
Suggested Use
Place a tea bag in a cup or teapot and use one bag per person. Pour fresh water at 90°C over it and infuse for 5 to 8 minutes. For a stronger cup, add a second bag rather than infusing for longer. For iced tea, use 2 tea bags per 250 mL, then chill.
