Description
Planet Organic Lemon Balm is a certified organic loose herbal tea made from dried lemon balm leaf and nothing else. The cut leaf brews light and clear, with a soft lemon scent and a gentle, faintly sweet flavour that needs no sugar behind it. It comes as a 20 g carton of loose herb, packed by Planet Organic at Coolum in Queensland. Brew a teaspoon in a teapot or infuser and drink it in the evening, with no caffeine to work around.

Suggested Use
Boil the kettle and set up a teapot or an infuser. Use 1 teaspoon of loose lemon balm per 250 mL of hot water and brew for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. For a stronger cup, add another teaspoon rather than brewing for longer. In summer, let it cool and add ice cubes or a few mint leaves for a cold drink.
