Description
Planet Organic Elderflower is a single ingredient infusion of certified organic elderflower blossom, grown for tea and packed in Australia. Nothing is blended into it, so the cup is exactly what elderflower tastes like: pale gold, softly floral, faintly sweet and muscat like, with none of the tannin or grassiness a leaf tea brings. One bag infuses in a mug in four to five minutes and carries no caffeine, which makes it an easy cup in the evening, and it holds its perfume well over ice on a hot afternoon.

Suggested Use
Place a tea bag in a cup or teapot. Use one tea bag per person. Add fresh boiling water and allow to infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. For a stronger cup, add a second bag rather than steeping for longer. For iced tea, use two tea bags per 250 mL and chill. Drink it black; milk flattens the floral note, while a slice of lemon sharpens it.
