Description
Planet Organic Digest is a certified organic herbal infusion of ginger, peppermint and lemongrass, packed in Australia by Planet Organic Co. Ginger sets a warm, peppery base, peppermint gives a clean cooling finish, and lemongrass lifts the whole cup with a light citrus note, so it drinks spicy and fresh rather than sweet. One bag infuses in a mug in four to five minutes, and because there is no tea leaf in the blend there is no caffeine to work around, which makes it a cup for the end of a meal or late in the evening.

Suggested Use
Place a tea bag in a cup or teapot. Use one tea bag per person. Add fresh boiling water and allow to infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. For a stronger cup, add a second bag rather than steeping for longer, which is what turns a herbal infusion woody. For iced tea, use two tea bags per 250 mL and chill. Drink it black; it is not a tea for milk, though a slice of lemon suits it.
