Description
Planet Organic Bedtime is a three herb infusion of certified organic hops flowers, lemongrass and valerian root, packed as 25 compostable tea bags with no strings, tags or envelopes. Lemongrass carries the citrus top of the cup while hops flowers and valerian root sit underneath it, herbal, resinous and earthy, so the brew lands savoury rather than floral. Place one bag in a cup or teapot, pour fresh boiling water over it and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes; none of the three herbs carries caffeine, so it drinks late in the evening.

Suggested Use
Place a tea bag in a cup or teapot and use one tea bag per person, which is about one bag to 250 mL of water. Add fresh boiling water and allow to infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. For a stronger cup, add a second bag rather than steeping for longer. Remove the bag and drink it black.
