If your child has ever tried omega-3 algae oil before, you’ll know that the strong taste and smell can be a challenge. That’s why we created Clean Omega-3 for Kids – the same ultra-pure algae oil, now in kid-friendly packaging and with a mild, natural lemon flavour that kids actually enjoy.
Clean Omega-3 delivers the purest form of DHA algae oil, extracted using a gentle water-based process with no solvents and no synthetic ingredients. This results in a light-coloured, flavourless, and odourless oil – with no fishy aftertaste and no burps.
We’ve added a lemon peel essential oil extract for a soft, natural citrus flavour, making it easy to take each day. To help protect the oil’s quality after opening, we also include natural vitamin E (tocopherol) as a plant-based antioxidant.
DHA is an essential omega-3 fatty acid that plays a critical role in brain development, cognitive function, and long-term neurological health in children. It supports growing minds during key stages of learning and development.

Child (2+ years) Standard Dose: 0.5 ml (500 mg) per day
Child (2+ years) Boosting Dose: 1 ml (1000 mg) per day
Infants (<2 years): Start with 0.25 ml (250 mg) per day mixed into milk or food. Increase to 0.5 ml (500 mg) after one week if well tolerated and needed based on dietary DHA intake.
Note: All dosage volumes are based on the DHA concentration in our Clean Omega-3 dropper bottle, which contains 48% DHA. For example, 1.0 ml (1000 mg) provides 480 mg of DHA.
