Perdays SnapShot Activated Folate is a quick, zesty way to take your daily folate and B vitamins, in a Zesty Mojito flavoured powder. Each 1.5 g sachet contains folinic acid (as calcium folinate) with vitamins B2, B3, B6 and B12. Empty it straight onto your tongue or mix it into 200 mL of water, once a day, and the 20 single sachets are easy to keep in a bag or drawer.

• Nicotinic acid (Vitamin B3) 18 mg.

Suggested Use
