Perdays Men's Vitality & Sperm Support is a film coated tablet made for men planning for a family. Each tablet brings zinc 12.5 mg, vitamin C 125 mg, selenium 75 micrograms, activated folate as levomefolic acid 250 micrograms and vitamin B12 as mecobalamin 250 micrograms, with Tribulus terrestris fruit extract equivalent to 10 g of dry fruit. Taken as two tablets a day with a main meal, it maintains and supports sperm production, preconception health and reproductive system health in males.

- Zinc 12.5 mg per tablet, 25 mg across the daily dose of two tablets.
- Selenium 75 micrograms and vitamin C 125 mg per tablet, 150 micrograms and 250 mg across the daily dose.
- Levomefolic acid 250 micrograms and mecobalamin 250 micrograms per tablet, 500 micrograms of each across the daily dose.
- Tribulus terrestris fruit extract dry concentrate 100 mg per tablet, equivalent to 10 g of dry fruit.
- Maintains and supports sperm production in males.
- Maintains and supports preconception health in males, and maintains and supports reproductive system health in males. Antioxidant, and reduces free radicals formed in the body in males.
